“You are the best, my two dogs come home looking good and with happy wagging tails. I’ve come to Charlotte and her team for 9 years and hopefully many more.”
“Bear had an awful experience at his previous groomers but at Pixies he was so relaxed. The staff are so caring and I can't recommend them enough. He got the care and attention and a perfect groom.”
“Charlotte made us very welcome and let Jack have a good sniff around her salon. He loved being washed and dried, was dubious at first about being clipped, and eventually gave in happily.”
“Took our 6 month Cockapoo in for his first full haircut. He went in a scruffy pup who had been subjected to a home trim. He came looking like a crufts winner, would highly recommend and have found our dog groomer of choice.”
“We’ve started using Pixie’s Parlour for our Schnauzer and we cannot fault them. We are kept informed, no awkward feelings taking or collecting our dog and such a perfect groom.”
“You can tell the staff at Pixie's Parlour are dog crazy, their service and care is impeccable, thank you and well done to you all”

Yes, puppy first grooms are very welcome. We let them have a good sniff around the salon first so the washing and drying is less of a surprise.
It is usually a sign the coat has been worked too hard or too fast. Bring your dog in and we will look at the coat and talk through what would suit it better.
Yes, taking the underfur out makes a real difference once the weather turns warm. Ask us what would be best for your dog's coat.
